Jesica Peterson, M.Ed., BCBA

Jesica is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who started in the field of ABA in 2018 as a Registered Behavior Technician. She holds a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Level 1 PECS certification, and Level 1 PEAK certification. Jesica intends to continue furthering her knowledge in the field of ABA to ensure clients recieve the most recent techniques and strategies to improve outcomes. Jesica has followed her passion of ABA into entrepreneurship with opening GBS. Her goal is to ensure clients and employees find a place to be themselves, grow, and succeed to their greatest potential.

Robert is the co-owner and Chief Financial Officer of GBS. He served 20 years in the U.S. Air Force in law enforcement and investigations. While active duty he also obtained his master’s degree in Business Management. In his retirement, Robert has proven his leadership abilities as a manager at South Georgia Pecan where is oversees the operations of a new division at the company. At GBS, Robert will use his strong leadership and business management skills to help manage the financial operations as well the growth of the company.

Ansley Tillman, RBT Manager

Ansley has been a Registered Behavior Technician for over two years and brings a deep passion for working one-on-one with her clients. She finds genuine joy in supporting their growth and celebrating their successes. In addition to her work with clients, Ansley serves as the RBT Manager, where she demonstrates strong leadership, supports her fellow technicians, and helps foster a positive, collaborative team environment. With her energy, dedication, and compassionate approach, Ansley is a valued and trusted member of the GBS team.

Carly Haynes, RBT

Carly has been serving as a Registered Behavior Technician with GBS since February 2025, bringing compassion, patience, and dedication to every session. She is deeply committed to supporting her clients in developing essential skills that foster greater independence and enhance their overall quality of life. Carly’s genuine joy for her work and the meaningful connections she builds with her clients shine through in everything she does. Whether celebrating small victories or navigating challenges, Carly approaches each moment with empathy, enthusiasm, and a heart for making a lasting impact.

Kate Haire, RBT

Kate is a Registered Behavior Technician who joined GBS in April 2025. In a short time, she has quickly become known for her upbeat personality and engaging approach with clients. Kate is passionate about creating a fun, supportive, and welcoming learning environment where her clients feel encouraged and excited to grow. Her positive energy is infectious, making each session enjoyable and impactful as she helps children build confidence and develop new skills. Kate’s enthusiasm and commitment make her a wonderful asset to the GBS team.

Tasker Hughes, RBT

Tasker is began her journey as a Registered Behavior Technician with GBS in June 2025. She is bringing with her a strong foundation in behavioral health and a genuine passion for working with individuals with developmental needs. With experience supporting diverse populations, she understands the importance of meeting each client with empathy, patience, and respect. Tasker is excited to apply her skills in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, helping children build meaningful skills, celebrate progress, and thrive in their everyday environments.
